California Dentist Finder is an online directory connecting patients with dental practices across California. We provide free basic listings for dental practices and premium paid listings with enhanced features.

3. User Accounts

Dental practice owners may claim their listing by verifying their identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Listing Claims

By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to manage the dental practice associated with that listing. We reserve the right to verify claims and remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate information.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium and City Spotlight subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Content and Accuracy

Practice information is sourced from publicly available data and practice owner submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing information. Practice owners are responsible for keeping their claimed listings up to date.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to submit false or misleading information, scrape or harvest data from our directory, impersonate another practice or person, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

California Dentist Finder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to decisions made based on directory information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
